All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays
Mr Imperial Hats is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mr Imperial Hats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
